This single origin coffee comes from the Cauca region, where Diego Bermudez grows this Castillo variety. This particular lot went through a thermal shocked washed anaerobic process, which brought out a unique floral character with hints of honey and black tea. The name of the product pays homage to the chamomile flower, while also celebrating the “golden” flower of the coffee plant itself.
