Pleasure makes us Human

WATCH THE VIDEO The corridors of an office are seen through the perspective of Luigi, the little robot. Luigi passes by the workers, serving coffee to one of them, then prepares two more for others requiring them. When the offices are empty, Luigi finds a bracelet that unlocks over his display for the preparation of a coffee, he takes it and uses it to make a coffee. As soon as he tries to drink, he short-circuits: Luigi dreams of living the Italian dolce vita: we see him in a Fiat 500 driving along a seafront, making sandcastles, chasing pigeons, reading a newspaper at a café. At the end, John Krasinski and Steve Carell find him lying down on the ground and turn him back on.

The Breakfast Hub 2 with Rod

WATCH THE VIDEO The guide (Rod) arrives at Castellammare di Stabia, in the province of Naples; we see a coastal panorama, the morning light, the sound of the sea in the background. Rod meets a local man, Cesare, who takes him to a Neapolitan café. Cesare shows Rod the traditional cuccuma coffee pot, and the coffee is prepared. Rod tastes the coffee and appreciates it. Cesare then surprises Rod, telling him an interesting fact: behind the city, there is actually an active volcano (he’s probably alluding to Vesuvius) and we go to a panoramic vista that suggests the volcanic origin of the territory. Rod also tries a sfogliatella, a typical Neapolitan treat, he smells it, we see the flaky pastry, icing sugar, and the exchange with Cesare who explains the tradition. Lastly, Rod and Cesare toast with their coffee before the panorama over the city or sea, the Lavazza logo appears along with the line “Breakfast Hub”, the implicit message being that discovering the Italian breakfast means discovering places, history, traditions.
Calendar 2025

Let’s blend! | Concept

WATCH THE VIDEO The video presents the Lavazza 2025 calendar entitled “Let’s Blend – 130 Years Forward”, created to celebrate 130 years of the company. At the centre of the project is the concept of the blend, or rather, the mix: not just blends of coffee, but also people, cultures, generations and ideas. Four large scenes were created (tableaux vivants), one for every season: every scene has a dominant colour (light blue, pink, green, ochre) and visually recalls West Africa and European Renaissance painting. In each scene there are 36 people, including well-known faces connected with Lavazza (like Jannik Sinner, Whoopi Goldberg, BigMama) and the company’s professionals, in an ideal café that symbolises a place of meeting and sharing.  Four themes inspire every scene: Blending Times: uniting different generations, Blending Roots: mixing geographical and cultural origins, Blending Cultures: celebrating diversity and the meeting of traditions, Blending Minds: combining skills, visions and talents. In the video, a strong appeal to community is sensed: Lavazza uses the counter of a café as a symbol of union, like a great space without barriers where every person, whatever their history, is part of a greater vision. In short, the video is an invitation: “Let’s blend” means building together, appreciating difference, combining culture and experience in a joint venture, looking to the future with optimism.
